It's a beautiful plant. Many nurseries offer it. Some well respected ones like In The Country Garden & Gifts and Tejas Tropicals have it for around $9 to $10. Other rip-off nurseries offer it for less, but probably aren't a safe bet. Garden Watchdog could guide you there.

Hardiness may be a problem with this selection. Plant Delights rates it at 7b, and they are sometimes pretty generous with their ratings. I've grown various EEs and haven't had all that good of luck with the more interesting ones. Super good drainage is really important in winter if you leave them in the ground.

You might email tnshadylady and see if she has grown this one. She grows/used to grow quite a few EEs. I don't think she gets on Gardenweb much anymore, but she'd probably still get an email. If you email her, it may take a few days for her to get back to you, but she will if she gets your email. She might also have some good ideas on other cultivars to look for.
