Palms in Tennessee

I haven't posted on here before but I was surprised at the palms you grow there, especially the washies. They burn for us.I do landscape and never use them in the Mobile area.

I did want to say I saw that no one mentioned growing European Fan Palms. We grow those and I am exceptionally fond of the multi trunks. I believe that can take to about 5 degrees.

They've been mentioned as being grown here in TN at least once in this forum, and two people mentioned having them then. I bet there are others that have them too. Lots of TN gardeners enjoy pushing their zone.
