| Are any of your seeds sprouting? I still only have Rudbeckia Irish Eyes coming up.
Let me ask you...does a lot of your stuff bloom the first year? I know it sort of depends on what it is, but just kind of wondering what kind of success rate to expect. Full disclosure: I am not really a coddler with plants, but I may baby them for a while to get them going. Then I want to be able to leave them alone! |

| Hi Connie,I do have several sprouts now.As for blooming, your right,it really depends on what it is.I had all sorts of things to bloom last year.Montaulk daisies, devils claw, tovara, just to mention a few.I had so many,I really cant remember. My red texas star bloomed the first year and my cherry brandy rud. but it didnt get very big.but was still pretty.I dont like to coddle my plants either unless it is something just really special.i keep them watered good to get them started then they are treated just like the rest of my plants.Sad to say, some just get downright neglected, but they have made it so far.I do sow a lot of annuals to fill in where I know I wont get a bloomer until the next year.Hope this helps... |

| It does, thanks! I have a few annuals that I will try to spread around like that too. |
