Yay! I have a few sprouts too. Three things so far (out of 100+ containers!). I'm hoping my numbers go up soon.

I truly did some Winter sowing this year, for several tomatoes. ;-) Not the best pic of them, but it's from a little over a week ago. Stems are getting thickkkkk on them. Grow lights I bought are helping with the growing out not up.

I found a wee tiny bud set on one of my Persimmon yesterday! =) I will, for sure, have my July 4th tomatoes. Muahahaha...Now 2 small greenhouses so I can get these bad boys outside later this month.

Steve, I am so jealous of your greenhouse. I'll have mine by this time next year I hope.

First time winter sower, now hooked, thanks to Velvet and Connie talking so much about it, :o) . Have 67 containers with sprouts in 28 as of today. Nothing as nice as Steve's, I just started my tomatoes the last 2 weeks.

Thanks, Wanda. =) I need to put together my cold frame & shelf greenhouse thing soon or i'm gonna have maters growing indoors! lol.

What do you guys have sprouting in your bottles? I have mostly flowers and one variety of squash right now but inside under lights I have tomatoes, basil, cosmos and marigolds. The tomatoes are not up in the bottles yet but it's still chilly here.

All my tomatoes have been up for a while, as I started them early of course. Right now coming up are my peppers, and hopefully soon the Stevia I just sowed! =)

Inside-Have over 144 tomatoes already sprouting, plus flowers "Farewell to Spring" and "Plains Coreopsis". Waiting on variety of flowers and peppers inside to show their sweet little heads.

Columbiastock, are you going to sell heirloom tomatoes or will you actually grow that many?

Plant 40+ tomatoes, give family, friends and neighbors all they want. If large and healthy enough, will bring some to the Spring Swap. But there was this "Green Thumbed" man named Norm last Spring that had fantastic looking tomatoes. My eyes got big and I said "WOW"!
