Steep Slope Help Needed

We really need everyone's advice. We bought our home last spring and began to plant blue juniper on a steep slope above our driveway. We planted 10 plants and since that time they've doubled in size. The problem is that there is much more area to cover to prevent erosion. What do you suggest for a fast grower that spreads, and is low to the ground? The area gets 3 hours of direct midday sun. When it rains the area is prone to run-off but otherwise is dry.

I doubt there is anything we could add that's not already been covered in one of these posts, but if you think of more specific questions, I'll keep an eye out.

Thank you, Brandon. I plan to search those links tonight. Everytime we look at the slope we say how badly it needs ground cover.
