Lowes and Home Depot sales this weekend

Hey, just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone who doesn't know:

Apparently Lowe's and Home Depot both have perennials on sale right now for $2 each. I heard about it on another forum, and went to HD today to look.

I almost left because I wasn't seeing any great deals, but I noticed some perennials in the parking lot. These were the $2 ones. They were quarts. Not a huge selection, but great if it was something you wanted. I am now the proud owner of six Heucheras. :) They only had Amethyst Mist and Stormy Seas.

Mom hit the sale at Lowe's, and sounded like they might have had a little better selection and bigger/healthier plants.

The sale at HD runs through this weekend. Not sure about Lowe's.

I heard about the HD one a few times on the radio now! I fear that by the time I get there tomorrow, all the good perennials will be gone.
