Recommendation for gloves?

I'm really tough on gloves, it seems. I can tear through cloth gloves in just days, and I popped a hole in nitrile gloves in about two months. I need suggestions for really good gloves that will last. I seem to get water in my gloves pretty easily somehow (which I hate) and somehow dirt gets inside pretty fast, too. Is it avoidable?

I don't think there's a solution, unfortunately. I wear gloves 5 days a week at work and the kind I like (Atlas Nitrile Touch) last around 2 months if I'm lucky. Thick ones probably last longer but I can't work in them as they're too clumsy.
