Need help IDing plant

No pic, sorry!

This plant has dark green leaves with pale freckles on them, and small medium-blue flowers. It's biennial, with a shallow root system, and the foliage STINKS when crushed. The leaf shape reminds me of parsley.

It's blooming right now, and seems to prefer dappled shade. Any ideas what it is?

Maybe a phacelia? Look up Phacelia bipinnatifida (Purple phacelia, aka fernleaf phacelia). It's a biennial and quite pretty to my mind, blooming in spring. Also blooming now around here is Phacelia purshii (common name Miami Mist), but it's an annual, I think.
