Source for vegetable garden soil (5+ yards)

I'm a newbie to the forum with a big problem: I need to replace the soil in my garden, probably to a depth of about 4 in or more.

I'm an organic gardener, and it seems that my neighbor got a little overly enthusiastic with some killer herbicides.

As a result, I couldn't plant the area I typically use for summer veggies. He's marginally agreed to replace the soil; now I need to find a source that is reasonable and good quality--more than wood chips and sludge. At the least, I'd like some assurance that there aren't any toxic materials in it.

I saw some old posts with opinions about The Compost Farm, Southern Nurseries, and The Mulch Company. Are opinions stll the same? Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks a lot for any suggestions
