Getting to the MTPS from Hermitage - No Highways

I unfortunately have some very bad tires on my truck that will pop any day now. I can't afford new ones right now. So, I will be taking backroads to HH Park, just to be safe. Plus, it might be a shorter route for me anyways. I Google Map'd the address & it looks like it's one shot down Nolensville Road. I have a buddy who used to live in Eagleville, and I lived in that 100+ year old house at the intersection of 31 & 41 for a while with my undle, Alan Ross. I know Nolensville Road quite well. Is this an ok path to take? Anything else I need to know about the directions (like where do I go when I get close to the park/ to enter the park)? Thanks! - Steve
