| Are they really useful and if so, does anyone have any recommendations for ones that they like?
I'm getting ready to build a composting bin out in the back of the yard and I'm wondering just how "essential" they are... I'm so picky when it comes to buying gauges, even if they're only designed to measure temps. ;-p |

| I have been composting for several years and do not own one. There have been times when I would like to know just what the temp was. Mother nature will do the work for you but you can help speed her up, by mixing your greens and browns and moisture. Norm |
