brown spots on leaves

Does anyone know what these spots are and if they are harmful. looks like a type of fungus or leavings of a mite or something. {{gwi:1283209}}{{gwi:1283211}}

I think it's likely to be insect damage.

I would agree with brandon & say deffinitely 110% some type of pest damage. The little brown spots are too neat to be anything else. Check the soil & undersides of the leaves for pests about the size of the spots, maybe a bit smaller. If you don't see any, take a flashlight out there at night time and check.
