* ET Spring Swap Quick Feedback Needed *

Strong storms are predicted (by some sources) for Saturday morning. Many people have expressed concerns about having the swap during the storms. We need any feedback on what anyone involved thinks, quickly. I am hoping to have an announcement by noon tomorrow about whether to postpone or go ahead with current plans. If we do postpone, Saturday the 10th will probably not be available. We will likely have to have it on that Sunday (the 11th) or another weekend.

If you are planning to attend the swap, please keep an eye out for an announcement.

Hmmm, forgot about Mother's Day. That might be a problem. Any other feedback?

Sorry for the multiple posts, but we are talking and trying to work something out quickly. What does everyone (anyone) think about this Sunday (the 4th)?

I am semi-new to the Knoxville area and am interested in attending the plant swap. It doesn't matter to me when it happens, but please let me know what the decision ends up being!

Hot off the wire....

The swap will be held this Sunday, May 4 at Cheryl's house. We are trying to get a map up on the EastTnPlantSwap website. Setup will be from 12:00 to 1:00. Lunch will be from 1:00 to 1:30?, and trading will start after lunch.

If something doesn't work out about getting the map up, the directions will be posted on here, probably emailed through the swap distribution list, and posted on the exchange forum of the swap site.

I got a chance to dig a few things for tomorrow so I won't come empty handed. Our Boy Scout troop decided not to attend the camporee this weekend.

I called Mel and left a message. I haven't seen her in awhile either!

Hey guys! I have'nt been on here in a while. I checked the swap forum the other day and saw it was scheduled for the 3rd. Since it rained so hard at the last swap I did'nt think twice about it being postponed. So my silly tail showed up this morning. LOL.....I plan on coming to the swap if it's alright. I did'nt sing up. I do have a few more things this year than I did last. I hope to see everyone tomorrow.

So sorry Christie!Â Even though it turned out not to be so bad yesterday, the forecast had called for severe storms with lightening.Â And so, we made the decision to move the swap on Thursday night.It will be good to see you again!
