Is it too late to plant Carrots and beets in Middle Tennessee? I forgot to plant them and now am wondering if it's not too late.

I wonder if they could be planted as a fall crop instead then. I may just go ahead to try that to see what happens.

I don't know how much luck you'll have growing carrots and beets in the fall, but here's a guide to all kinds of vegetables that can be grown in fall here in Tennessee:
