Does Meyers X52 zoysia do well in middle tennessee area? We had beautiful lawns in Birmingham, used all organic materials on them and kept them around 2 1/2 - 3" high. Needed little watering. Am planning smaller grassy areas, but would like to use the same material if possible.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Should be fine except it will be on the brown side in the winter.
