| Recently my sister gave me a recipe for Pool Room Cold Slaw that you can. You "Do Not" have to have a canner or
pressure cooker. If anyone would like the recipe I will post it. The recipe will make 9-10 pts. Wanda |

| Sure, I would love to see it! Cole slaw is a favorite of ours. Along with pulled pork BBQ...mmm, making myself hungry. |

| Pool Room Slaw 1 gallon chopped fine cabbage 3 medium onions chopped 2 bell pepper chopped For the above I used a food procceser 3 cups sugar Combine all in large pot and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cook 25 min. at a low boil stirring often. Place in jars and seal. I know the mustard part sounded strange to me, but I have tried this on hambugers, hot dogs, pulled pork, even a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. My sisters family even eat it like a dip with Doritos. You could also cut the recipe in half just to see if you like it. |
