I have five spireas planted in full sun. They are about 10 years old. The last few seasons they have not flowered well and all look like they are on the verge of dying. They are large, but brownish with very little green. I've pruned out dead canes and watered and fertilized, but to no avail. They are in a line, about 20 feet from a pin-oak to their north.
