Potted citrus trees

Back in 2012 I decided to try and start citrus from seeds. I wasn't sure if it would work but I had the fruit and figured why not. So now 2 years later I have a lemon and a key lime tree. The key lime is rather small and not very bushy, but the lemon is full and pretty. Now I am from Florida and have some knowledge of citrus, however I am out of my element here. I am assuming that I have a Eureka lemon, as this is the most common grocery store lemon. At 2 years old I have it in a 5 gallon bucket, and am planning on putting it in a 10 to 15 gallon pot in the spring. It will come inside soon and overwinter under a grow light system, what I need to know is if I have the correct plan, and if not what can I do to give this tree a good chance at producing some fruit in our area.
