| I am planning to attend the MTPS at Henry Horton. I found some more plants that need homes Dahlia - purple and yellow purple people eater and does anyone know if now is a good time to divide ginger? this was the first year that bloomed!! some dianthus starts firewitch I believe |

| The best time to divide/plant most gingers is early spring. The roots are pretty likely to rot over winter if planted now. If you did decide to try it now, be sure they are planted in very well draining soil (I'd just wait until spring). |
