Tomatoes and Peppers, I just have to raise them every year. Canning for winter is a huge deal for me, and they will last until I have tomatoes and peppers the next season! Guess it is just a food thing.
I think I would use it for a nursery, and try to grow cuttings of things from my garden, as well as a few rustled cuttings. :) I might also try starting annuals early.
I would use it to store my tropicals over the colder months (as opposed to basement dormancy they are currently in :-\). I would also use it for sensitive/not very hardy plant storage & early early seed starting. Pretty much everything I plan on using one for that I will hopefully get for Christmas. =)
