| First it was something about being abandoned on an island with 1 of 4 guys. Did you happen to mouseover Javier while futility attempting to close an annoying pop-up? This is a dude you don't want to meet on a dark street or even the copier room at the office. (It's the eyebrows that make him look scary--don't go anywhere else.)
Now it's men in thongs? The last darn thing I want to see when I'm here for tomatoes. UGH.

| Firefox, with the Flashblock extension. Boy am I glad I miss some of these ads... I did see the "woman's butt" ad before I got the Flashblock -- my jaw hit the floor. They must have some interesting demographic data, if these are the ads they're showing! --Alison
who is not particularly offended by most of these, but they certainly are not what one would expect on a gardening forum. |

| In another forum I frequent, there was a hulabaloo over an ad in the club magazine hawking "male enhancement" goodies. I didn't even see the ad until a bunch of members started complaining and a bunch of others started complaining about the complainers. Had a very interesting thread for at least a month. BTW, you won't be seeing my buns hanging out. I like tidy whities. |
