WANTED: Tomato's leaves wilt and then dies

My Tomato plants start to die when one leave/stem wilts and then withing 24 hours the rest of plant wilt. I have dugged the wilted tomato plant and found some worms that look similar to thousands legs but small, maybe a inch long. Need help, if worms are problem what to spray around plants to kill them. Lost 15 tomato vines so far. Will post picture of worm. Better Boy Bush Tomatoes

First off i would suggest you water your plant! the ground is too dry for it.
