Help Identify Tomato, Part 2

Sorry to post a brand new message but the forum doesn't allow follow-up photos.
Thanks for the idea there purpleacres. I did get ahold of the finished product here included in the next photo. I compared to "10 Fingers of Naples" or "Dix Doights de Naples". They are close but it appears from the few pictures I can find online that our guy is a little more index finger instead of thumb? Those Italians must have stubby fingers. :) Do you happen to have a picture I can compare?
In any case, I may have to try out that tomato next year just for the name alone!

I wonder if its possible that this is the same tomato. Someone gave the seeds to my dad, said they were from Italy but didn't know the name.
I've got two different varieties I'm trying to find the name for. I thought that this one looks similar to yours. The tops of the plant have grown in a bit different than I'm used to seeing, they're kind of wispy and the flowers seem somewhat elongated at first.
