I call this meal my "Harvest Corn Quesadilla with Heirloom Salsa". One of my favorite meals while corn and tomatoes are in season! (Right click on the picture icon if it doesn't show up right away and click on "show picture".) The salsa includes Stupice, Black Cherry, and Tomatillos Verde. The quesadilla is very simple: Puree of chipotle en adobo, diced fresh cilantro, fresh corn lightly blanched, and sharp cheddar. Garnished with some corn toasted in the pan, cilantro & more chipotle puree. |

| Awesome! Might even turn up the heat a little on that salsa and follow-up with a bit of cha-cha-cha or mariachi dancing! That is one tasty looking meal. I call almost see Mazatlan form here. |
