I started two Jiffy trays of tomato seeds indoors, on top of my fridge. Most have sprouted but are very long and leggy. My question is: Would it help if I planted these long leggy seedlings really deep (leaving just a little stem and the leaves about the soil line) when I upsize to pint size pots filled with potting soil?

Or are there any other suggestions to help these seedlings along? My plant is to plant into a raised bed in about a month.
