Spindly new starts

Help my tomato sprouts are getting spindly they have only been up a couple days are they getting to much light?

How close are your lights to the plants? They should be pretty much touching the leaves... too far away and the plants will get leggy trying to reach them.

"Spindly" means not enough light rather than too much light.
