Can't get to my plants

I just had a total hip replacement and can't negotiate the rear stairs to be able to get to the garden, not that I can do any work there. I have 2 plants that are barely surviving, but this rain should help.

Sorry to hear about your health issue. Hope the hip replacement goes well and you'll soon be handling those stairs with ease. And from what I have heard on the news, glad to hear you are getting some rain too.

Sorry to hear... maybe hire someone to install a drip irrigation? I just installed one for my container garden, it was quite easy. Just have it set on a timer to automatically water. Total cost to do it yourself was about $50, I'm sure someone could do your garden for a small fee.

Today marks 4 weeks since the surgery. According to the surgeon, I can drive if I feel up to it. I don't. I'll see how I feel in another week. The new physical therapy left me hurting.

I now can negotiate the back stairs which allows me to reach the garden. Tomorrow I will see what is left.

I very much hope your plants hung on for you. I'm not familiar with Fl growing, but will you be able to start some new ones for the fall if not?
