Gah! Help with tomato seedlings

Hello all,

I've got a bit of a problem with my tomato seedlings. I know the standard protocol is when the stems/leaves turn purple, don't fret too much...except mine are getting worse instead of better. Several leaves have actually curled a bit and died. A few others are turning light green instead of the nice dark green you'd want to see in your plants. Most all of the plants are pointing their leaves straight up, which I think is a sign of stress. Seems to be getting worse as well.

Plants are 3-5 inches tall in 6oz styrofoam cups with holes punched in the bottom. They're all in individual cups in 0.07%/0.01%/0.03% (NPK) potting soil. I've started seedlings this way for the past 3 years without any problems...the only thing I can think of is maybe I'm using a different brand of potting soil? Thoughts? I'd hate to lose all my seedlings (I've got about 40 of them).

Thanks in advance,

-Brett
