Pot up or punt

This is a question about timing. I started my tomatoes about four weeks ago and some I potted up a while back because the seedlings were in tiny cells. The rest were started a week later in cells about the volume of the typical nursery four packs. Those plants are now 6+ inches tall with nice strong stems. I normally plant my toms around the first of May, though the usual recommendation for this area is a week later. I think I've only been bitten by frost once doing that. Anyway, if I follow that schedule I still have two weeks, so I'm wondering if I should pot up these nice plants or just leave them in the cells where they seem happy. Is two weeks enough time for them to develop enough root structure in the cups so they won't fall apart when I plant them out?
