Hello all. I have been scouring the internet for pictures of plant progress on a daily (semi daily or heck, even weekly updates) basis but there seems to be nothing really out there. Since it's my first time growing..I am quite excited on seeing how my plants compare to others as you can well imagine. Does anyone know of any sites where they do such a thing? For example, I've just done this of my plants. If you prefer, you can click on the link for hopefully a larger picture. http://i.imgur.com/bm3ceRa.jpg?1 (click on the image again for larger shot)

I don't know of a site, but those plants look really good!

Thanks...I thought they were okay but wasn't sure so I wanted to know if they were on track (thus why I was trying to find progressive photos) lol

They are a little pale. I would suggest a very weak fertilizer application on them the next time that you water them. Wait until they need water so that you don't cause other problems! It appears that you have good lighting and that you are keeping the lights close to the plants, very good! That is usually a newbies worse mistake! I am very impressed!

I actually just fertilized them yesterday :) I keep close watch on the forums and studied on what needed to be done beforehand (lighting) thankfully! :)

Good! A little help from these great people on this forum goes a long way if people like you and me heed their advise! I'm an old farmer, mostly taught the old way's by my Dad. It was great advice and I cherish everything he taught me. But, I hate to say it, many things that he taught me were wrong. But many were right also! I have changed a lot of my practices because I have learned so much here! There is a lot of knowledge on this site!

Yes, so lucky to have found this site :)

I watched several videos on Youtube yesterday by selecting "separating tomato seedlings". Several of those showed good shots of the plants and told exactly how old they were.

Yes, I've done that too but there's no one site shows all in order kind of site. Ugh :(

Check out Youtube for nctomatoman's videos, you may have to search for the dates since he uploads videos on peppers, etc. too but you can probably track the progress of a particular flat by going backwards from the most recent, he usually mentions the last video that he showed those plants.
