Campari store bought tomatoes, last a long time, just sharing.

I bought a 1 lb. container of "fresh" Campari tomatoes about a month ago.

On the container: Product of Mexico. "THE TOMATO LOVERS TOMATO".

They are OK, not great, about 1" in diameter. But it is winter... A little too sweet for me.

I didn't eat all of them right away and the darn things are still hanging in there! A little wrinkled but probably better tasting than they were "fresh'!

I think that they would probably make a good drying or storage tomato, because they last without going bad. But they would take a while to dry since they are juicy.

I know they are hybrids but I'm going to start a few from the seeds and see what I get.

I'll plant them on my "back forty"!
