Tomato leaf spots/yellowing

I have 2 tomato transplants - they have been outside for about 2 weeks. Over the last 3 days, they have quickly developed issues on the oldest (bottom) leaves. Any idea what they could be? Disease, fungus - or is it a watering issue? I haven't watered them but once at transplant - we have had steady rain over the last weeks that has kept the containers quite moist. See pictures attached. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
