Tomato leaf turning yellow

Hi I'm really new at this. Decided to plant vegetables for the first time and I've started from seeds. My tomatoes are beginning to worry me . They have started to turn yellow. On some it 's also the real leaves turning yellow. I started on small cells with starter mix. I have no lights on them. I placed them on top of the fridge. Once they spouted, I repotted into 8.5 cups, using organic potting mix. Then I repotted some into 160z cups using the same mix. For light, I placed them by my glass deck door but its not the south side of my house. It's the east side of the house. I try to water only when they feel dry. What can I do to help them? I'm thinking they need more light.

Most likely cause of yellowing leaves by far is over-watering. Do not use the surface of the soil as an indicator for watering. Stick your finger down deep in the pot to check and learn to watch the turgidity of the stem and leaves as an indication for water need.

Yes, I've been sticking my finger down into the cup to check for dryness. Is it ok to spray the top lightly with a spray bottle when the top is very dry. Here's a pic of some of my tomatoes.

This is my last pic. I have another question. I ordered a 6 shelve portable walk in green house. Can I put them in there for a while before I plant them outside. My frost date is May 01? Thank you Dave for your help.
