Moving toms from lights to GH

First year using my new redwood greenhouse (6x12' with double-walled polycarbonate) and what great fun it's been, especially with the horse**** weather we've had this spring.

My question: I have 90 toms growing under lights in the basement and want to move them up into the GH . Will I need to shade them a bit at first (harden them off in a sense) or will the diffuse light in the GH pose no problem?

TIA,
Gary

Yes you will have to harden them off first and partially shade them.

See the discussion further down the page titled "Do I need to harden off to transfer into hoop house ?"

Thank you, Dave. I was hoping you'd weigh in (and soon), as I'm doing the transfers right now.
