Broken stems but growing plants - questions

Sometime in the last 5 days a few of my newly planted tomatoes were blown down and had their stems snapped Some of them look completely withered with flat leaves, but others have branches and leaves pointed towards the sky, and look fine.

Some only have a tiny piece of intact stem connecting the part laying flat on the ground to the roots, but the rest looks fine.

My question is, should I leave the healthy looking plants where they are or should I try to stake them back up?

Photo shows a healthy broken plant (left) and a deed broken plant (right).
