I was disappointed at not being able to get my usual Sweet100s this year, and ended up with some "Large Red Cherry", which I gather is a more-or-less heirloom indeterminate that produces cherry tomatoes on the large side. While I'm impressed with their vigor (the plants are 8-feet tall right now, and reaching for the rooftops) the fruiting doesn't seem to be quite as abundant as with the Sweet100s. Have yet to taste one. We'll see.

I read that they are fairly drought tolerant, so it'll be interesting to see how they hold up in our fierce summer, which is just around the corner.

Any perspectives on this variety?
