Next Year's Crop

I am going to go ahead and order seeds for next year and was wanting some input as far as varieties. I have been starting from seed for 25 years but have never saved my own and was wanting to give it a shot.

What I was considering were:

Italian Heirloom
Pantano Romanesco
Big Beef OP
Kennington's Big Red
San Marzano Redorta
Kellogg's Breakfast
Boondocks
Armenian
Blondkopfchen
Stupice

I might add that the family will only eat red's and prefer them to be round with no cores, I am not so picky and would like to try some other's. I was going to order from Tomatofest unless there is some reason I shouldn't. Would really like to hear anyone's opinion of these or others I should consider. We usually eat slices with about every meal and I put up 40 quarts of sauce and 40 quarts of juice every year.
