Is my Tomatoe plant done for?

So this thing was way leafier and nicer, then it got Septoria, then Leaf miners etc, and then the leafs/stems starting getting droopy, and leaves were dying, and the little yellow blooms (some didn't even yelllow they'd just be dried and fall off) would die/not open. You can see the cherry tomatoes started, but they've been almost the same size for the past few weeks but still are green. I put the pot into a larger one as people on here said to do so. Trimmed the bottom stems so it was planted deeper for the roots and covered in mulch. One stalk I cut off as it was dead and wilted, the other two I've been trimming b/c of septoria and has gotten worse. Just not sure what's up. I just water daily, sometimes every other day if the soil is really moist, I can't find anything on here that says how much water to use. I left it in the sun for a few days without water that seemed to make it worse. Posted a pic of what it once looked like a few weeks ago, and now.
