| Hi... for the past 2 years I have been using this tomato cage: http://www.amazon.com/Gardeners-Blue-Ribbon-TMC60-Ultomato/dp/B000RUM0R4 it works for me and I like that I can adjust it to the size I need. I've never "staked" a tomato though and found this: http://www.gardenersedge.com/clamp-it!-60in-garden-stake-and-clamps/p/VP-CLMPX/ any opinions on the clamp it? I have a 20% off coupon to my local garden center which sells it so I thought I'd give it a try. |

| The only way it could work is if you pruned the plant to a single stem. So why sacrifice all that tomato production just to use this particular staking system? Dave |
