Yellowing leaves

SunshineZone7

Some of my tomato plants have their leaves turning yellow. The leaves that are turning yellow are on the lower leaves (real leaves). I started my seeds in organic mechanics seed starter and they did great. Then I move them to solo cups and used organic mechanics premium potting soil blend. They were doing fine. Then I started to harden them off a bit over the last week. Only 1-3 hours a day in high 60's/low 70's weather in dappled sun.

I read the forum for hours and yellowing seems to be the result of over watering. But I have 3 good size drainage holes I drilled into the cups. How can they be over watered with such good drainage? I was bottom watering mostly and top watering now and then. Please help.
