Brown blotchy leaves

I tried to post pictures....sorry I got too old and senile. haha. Anyway, several of my leaves have brown/blotchy and irregular spots on them. Best I can describe is: about 1/2 the size of a dime...and 2-3 spots (which total about 1/2 of the leaves which are affected. I am growing in containers with MG potting soil. Thankyou for any ideas as to cause.

Sorry but from the description it could be many different things. Do you have pics? We can explain how to post them.
