Weed or Tomato?

Hey all,
In this photo of last years container growing Kellogg Yellow Beefsteak, the other day I walked out and saw 1 of these in each of them.
Is this offspring or a weed?
If it is a seedling should I keep it, it is close to the edge, also I have 3 brand new seedlings of Kellog Yellow Beef Steak so should I just use them instead?
I know I got to rework or make new the potting mix since I had many of them with BER and had a huge bird problem.
