Hardening Off Question

This is my first year growing from seed, seems to be going well so far. My tomato plants are now 6.5 weeks old, and seem to be doing well - potted up to 16 oz cups and some roots are poking through the bottom of some cups - so ready to get outside soon.

I'm going to harden off for a week, but when I bring the plants back inside do I keep them under the grow light with the same conditions I've had up till now (16 hrs total light)? I'm going from 65-70 inside to 85-90's next few days outside - does 2 hrs, then 4, then 6-8 a few days, then 2 days overnight sound reasonable?

Also, two of my Sun Gold plants have a flower already - should I pinch those off?

Thanks for the advice!
