Grocery Store Tomato type

I collected seeds from a grocery store bought tomato and was wondering if store bought tomatoes are determinate or indeterminate. I forgot to look at the sticker on the tomato which would have made it easier. I'll take a picture of the plants tomorrow, they are only a maybe 4 inches tall or so.

Well, it's not quite that simple. "Store bought tomatoes" is very vague. My local market carries Romas, Cherry tomatoes, and several other varieties. Now Roma tomatoes are oblong, not round. Roma's are determinate. Cherry tomatoes, indeterminate. The "big round" tomatoes, I have no clue about since in not even sure what variety they are. But with a little research, you could narrow it down a bit. If you have the produce sticker still, you could try googling the code and see what you find.
