how to deal with tomato affected by roundup?

That' so damage...
we plant about 1000 tomatoes in our field, recently I find some of them look like stop growing up, and the new shoot growing in yellow and white(see the picture), I think it maybe is the problem of insect invisible,
but I find the tomato which haven't been spray roundup nearby are growing great, the tomato which have been spray roundup nearby were growing badly, so I google the pic of tomato affected by roundup, is the same, new shoot growing in yellow and white..
I am looking for someone who can give me some suggestion, how to deal with tomato affected by roundup.

Only once did I have a problem with ROundup and that's when a Master Gardener group wwas coming to look at and pick some fruits from my tomato field.

I used it to kill the weeds between the rows and of course there was some drift and it affected the plants.

There's nothing you can do except to wait it out. Don't remove the affected leaves since that just opens up a wound that can then be infected with just normal ambient spores and bacteria.

BTW, you didnt indicate your growing zone, which can help with certain issues.

Nothing. It might recover health, it might die.

Next time you use herbicides, wait until there is NO wind, do not use so much pressure in the tank, and have the spray set to bigger drops.

What I have done in the past is to prune the top of every stem and sucker right now to encourage new shoots. Usually these shoots will not show damage if the dosage was not too much. If the new growth from these new shoots show signs of injury, then it is time to ditch them.

Roundup is killing weeds. Tiller is for removing grass between rows.
hoe and hands are for working around plants. I never get my roundup and 24d sprayer within 100feet of my garden. If those plants dont die,it will be a miracle. Sorry.

Above post is just not true. They probably will NOT die. I have dealt with this same problem more than once, so my advice is coming from experience.

I agree that they may not die but they likely will be damaged permanently in some ways.

But I also agree that there is no excuse for using Roundup anywhere near a vegetable garden.

I had what seems to be a mild version of this on one of 14 plants this year. I had tried to get rid of about 8 hard wood weeds. I cut them to about 6 inches, put red plastic solo cup cuffs around each stump, brushed each stump with a foam brush dipped in a bit of round up. Closest "stump" probably 30 feet away. So far the plant has survived. Probably the stumps will too.
