Help... Leaves turning yellow with spots (pics)

2 of my tomato plants are developing these very ugly looking leaves, mostly around the base. They are yellow with leathery spots. Is this early blight, or something else and what can I do about it? We have had pretty cool weather here in Los Angeles this spring, and it generally stays kinda grey through June, with only intermitant sunny days. (I know...kinda ironic for Los Angeles, huh?) Is there anything I can do to stop the progression of this?

Looks more like Powdery Mildew to me. No bullseye pattern that I can see but it has the classic translucent yellow patches and is common in your area acc. to IPM.

See Powdery Mildew on Tomatoes

Remove the affected leaves and begin a regular fungicide spraying regimen. Sulfur if you are organic only.
