| I was beginning to worry because I wasn't seeing many tomatoes on my Beefsteak plants, plenty of blooms and growing really fast. I used nitrogen only fertilizer for the first time on tomatoes. My soil test recommended only N, I have too much P and K. I was putting mulch around them yesterday. When I got down on my knees and started pushing the mulch through the cage at the bottom I felt something smooth and round! I pulled back the thick foliage and I have lots of 3" toms under there! They were hiding! |
