Ripening times

Hello All

so, against all logic, I am growing cherry tomatoes in a ridiculously small pot in my office. I should have transplanted it, but now it's 4" tall and has 2 bunches of fruit on it and I'm just going to let it do it's thing until it gives up (or I get lazy and forget to pollinate). it's already produced more than anything I tried to grow last year.

Question: there has been berry-sized tomatoes (this is a Matt's Wild Cherry) on the vine for a good 2-3 weeks. It gets direct sunlight all morning and not so direct the rest of the day. When should I expect the little guys to start ripening?

I've got more plants at home in containers, that are starting to blossom (they're taking off in the heat!). Does sunlight/weather/water affect how long toms take to ripen?

Thanks

Peggy
