Stunted fruit growth?

My fruit seem to have stalled at about half size. Should I be concerned?

I planted 14 healthy plants on 4/27(Mortgage Lifter, Better Boy, Brandywine, Lemon Boy, Heat Wave, heirloom Roma, and Sweet Girl) that I started from seed. Despite a late snow they grew up very strong and healthy in my raised bed. They began setting fruit as expected but everything other than the cherries have stalled at less than half their expected full size (2-3 inches wide). I've seem no visible growth in 1-2 weeks while plenty of new fruits are forming.

Like almost everyone else we've had tons of rain but my bed has good drainage and the plants looks healthy. No signs of phosphorus deficiency or disease. They are also getting 8-9 hours of sun when it hasn't been cloudy.

Is this growth pattern normal? I'm a just being a paranoid first year grower?
