No blossoms?

I have 2 Roughwood Golden Tiger plants in my garden that are both growing very well. The one plant has blossoms AND fruit on it while the other has no flowers at all. The plants (though they are supposedly of the same variety) look wildly different from each other. The one looks more like a bush and is covered in what seems like peach fuzz while the other is nearly bald. Any ideas on what the problem could be? All my other tom plants (around 25 or so) are setting fruit and I'm a little concerned about my furry little RGT...

Thanks,
Abby

Either you dont have a stable variety or one of the plants mutated to a sterile form.

Hmmm... well, I guess I'll just keep my eye on it and see how things go.

Roughwood Golden Tiger should be indeterminate, not bush-like, and has angora foliage, which is grey green and fuzzy.

Are you saying that the "bald" one has different foliage?

At this point I don't know what you have and really can't offer any advice.

Were these purchased seeds or traded seeds?

The plants have the same foliage leaf-wise, as in the leaves are the same shape; the only difference is the amount of fuzz.
They were traded seeds that came from a commercial supplier(not saved seeds) and were in turn traded to me because the person that grew them last year didn't take much of a liking to them. He sent me all of the eight seeds he had and these two plants were the only ones that germinated.

If I recall correctly, the fuzzy one had a blossom on it earlier in the year. So technically that means its not sterile, right?

I just checked on the "fuzzy" one and it has a single open blossom on it. Maybe it's just a "late bloomer." I'll still keep an eye on it.

Another update! "Fuzzy" is starting to bloom all over the plant. I'm fairly sure "Baldy" is not an RGT... the fruit is all wrong. They should be round and weigh around 3-4 oz.; instead, they're pear-shaped cherries.
